These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the x999 platform and the user of its services. By accessing the x999bet website or mobile application and using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

You must be at least 21 years old to use the platform. x999 may request supporting documents to verify age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all related transactions will be considered void.

x999 reserves the right to amend these Terms. Continued use of the platform after any amendment will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes, notice will be sent to the registered email address or posted on the platform.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to the x999bet website, mobile application, and all platform services — including sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, fishing games, and any promotional offers.

You must open a personal account to use x999's services. Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found registered to the same person, all of them will be closed and any bonuses in those accounts will be forfeited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• The account must be opened using your own name and your own mobile number.
• If any personal details change, you must notify the x999 support team immediately.

• Using another person's account or transferring an account is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before a withdrawal, or at any time x999 considers it necessary, you may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity verification. If documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Deposits and withdrawals on x999 are processed entirely through Bangladeshi payment methods. All transactions are conducted in Taka (৳).

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The following methods are available for deposits:

Successful deposits are credited to the account instantly. x999 does not charge a direct deposit fee, though the payment provider's own terms may apply.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit, or through specified methods for KYC-verified accounts. Withdrawals generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to complete. All withdrawal request details must be correct — x999 is not responsible for delays or failed transactions caused by incorrect information.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears unusual or suspicious, x999 reserves the right to hold it and carry out additional verification. If evidence of fraudulent activity is found, the relevant account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

x999 provides various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which should be read carefully before accepting.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit at x999, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total account balance to ৳2,500. Before withdrawing the bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — in this example, the wagering requirement is ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.

A bonus is not cash. The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

4.2 Bonus Misuse

• If the same person attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
• If evidence of exploiting the bonus system ("bonus abuse") is found, the bonus will be forfeited.
• x999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

4.3 VIP Cashback

x999's VIP programme for regular players has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier provides cashback on weekly net losses: up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and 1.5% at Platinum. For example, a Gold member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback.

Sports betting and casino gaming on x999 are conducted under specific rules. The applicable rules should be understood clearly before placing any bet.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• x999 reserves the right to cancel any bet where odds were displayed incorrectly or with an error.
• In a multi-bet, if even one selection is incorrect, the entire bet is lost.

5.2 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game (slots, live casino, fishing games, card games) has its own rules, which are visible during gameplay. If a technical fault occurs in the game provider's system, the affected round will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

Using automated software, bots, or scripts for betting or gaming is strictly prohibited. Exploiting bonuses or odds through multiple accounts ("arbitrage") is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately.

7.1 Self-Limits

Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. There is also an option to temporarily close ("cooling off") the account for a set period.

7.2 Permanent Exclusion (Self-Exclusion)

Upon account closure, the valid balance (excluding bonuses) will generally be returned; however, x999 may decide otherwise depending on the severity of the breach.

x999 strives to provide the most reliable service possible, but cannot accept liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connection issues or device faults.
• Game interruptions caused by server issues on the part of third-party game providers.
• Account details being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Force majeure situations (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).

In all circumstances, x999's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

10.1 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between a customer and x999, a resolution will first be attempted through direct discussion. With the agreement of both parties, a mediation process may be followed to resolve the dispute.

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Bangladeshi users are responsible for being aware of their obligations under local law.

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. In the event of a conflict between the English and Bengali versions of this agreement, the Bengali version will take precedence.
